S/He will ensure that technology and product standards are defined and delivered, meeting
business and client expectations. The Dev Manager will interact with Program Management, QA,
IT and Product Management teams to establish development objectives and timelines, managing
resources to support product deliverables. The Dev Manager will report directly to the CTO/COO.
· 7+ years in software development experience;
· 3+ years in lead, project management, or software management experience
· 3+ years in web and internet technology
· Experience managing development projects of all sizes and complexities, including large,
enterprise systems
· Strong knowledge of various platforms, the agile software development life cycle and
agile product development methodologies and programming languages
· Experienced with assigning development resources to projects; establish staffing
objectives and delegate assignments to developers; prepare budgets and staffing
plans/requirements
· Strong communication skills oral and written, ability to communicate complex concepts to
a wide audience
· Ability to work in a fast paced, growing environment
· Ability to work with remote technical teams
