Aerobic, Yoga, Swimming and Squash Instructors

RESPONSABILITATI

For one of our clients, a sport company in Kuwait, we are looking for Professional Self Trainers (Aerobic, Yoga, Swimming and Squash).


Aerobics Instructor
Give aerobics classes and personal training to members;
Must have:
Knowledge about cross fit, all forms of dances(zumba, salsa) spinning, cardio etc.;
Experience of 2,3 years on a similar position;


Yoga Instructor
Being familiar with the asanas or yoga postures as well as breathing and relaxations techniques;
Consulting the clients about lifestyle and health choices;
Being responsible for the format of the class and class routine for maximum fitness benefits;
Must have:
Positivity about life and people in general;
Competence and knowledge about poses, anatomy, safety.


Swimming Instructor
Being responsible for instructing all swim lessons participants;
Act immediately and appropriately to secure safety of patrons in the event of emergency;
Must have: Good knowledge of Aqua Fitness and Water Rehabilitation.


Squash Instructor
Teaching basic and advance technique for squash;
Assisting members on their training exercise on squash and demonstrate her/his ability;
Must have:
Very good knowledge on the principle of competitive squash;
Ability to lift, push, carry minimum 10lbs.
