Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Co-operate in defining business process requirements and propose, customize and implement SAP solutions in the context of an international SAP Roll-Out-Project
- Perform application support activities like investigating and resolving incidents, problem solving and participate in change management processes
- Design, specification, testing, documentation and implementation of business process changes (small changes according to guidelines)
- Analysis and investigation of system performance problems.
- Maintain the applications (test support packages, release upgrades) and SAP solution documentation
- Fluency in English is an absolute must, Russian would be advantageous. Every other language is a plus.
Experience:
- In depth knowledge in the SAP business processes
- Experience in CO-PA/CO-PC
- Deep understanding of customizing, implementation procedures (test, documentation, data migration, training), ticketing, incident/problem handling and change management.
- If you are fit in ABAP and/or IdocXI, it would be beneficial
- Any SAP certification/ training is a plus.
Succesful candidates will be Employed in Italy / UK with the posibility to be detached / travel worldwide.
