RESPONSABILITATI

Purpose:
To provide planning and reporting preparation services for the Onshore Site Construction. To provide the compilation of regular and ad-hoc reports and to incorporate the schedules for the unit operation.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
The job holder is responsible for:
• Continuously liaising with all disciplines within the Onshore Site Construction in order to perform timely and efficient planning, collecting the data and compiling general planning on a regular and ad-hoc basis.
• Verifying and checking the planning performed by contractors, ensuring that it is aligned with the integrated planning of the Onshore Site Construction.
• Ensuring that all schedules prepared within the Onshore Site Construction Unit and by site contractors are compliant with applied planning methodologies & procedures.
• Ensuring the tracking and proper and correct reporting of plans. Analysing and highlighting the problem areas and proposing solutions.
• Updating all plans for monthly reporting.
• Planning and assisting in all reporting activities performed within the Onshore Site Construction unit.
• Developing, executing and maintaining the reporting procedures, ensuring they are aligned with the corporate Agip KCO reporting.
• Maintaining a reporting schedule for the site, ensuring that all data is submitted on time and in the required format.
• Compiling reports based on the data collected for internal review and for further submission to management.
• Preparing reports for the incorporation into the consolidated Company regular reports.

1.1 Company
• Contacting staff members within Onshore Site Construction and KPD Project Control function.

1.2 External
• Contractors and service providers.


CERINTE

Qualifications & Experience:
The job holder must have :
• Engineering or Technical degree.
• Not less than 7 years of working experience with planning and reporting of complex oil & gas projects.
• Experience with similar major complex project is beneficial.
Required Competencies:

The job holder must have proven:
• Familiarity with Project and Corporate planning procedures.
• Deep knowledge of computer based planning and reporting tools in particular Primavera P3.
• Ability to prepare strategy plans to ensure that the planning tools are capable of meeting the departmental needs.
• Ability to initiate and promote the discipline of planning and reporting within other functions.
• Very good knowledge and understanding of all levels of planning- from general high level to details (Level 1 to Level 5).
• Understanding of the importance of licences and permits for project operations.
• Ability to read, write, understand, interpret and explain relevant information.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Working Conditions:
Based in the Site Office with visits to other locations when required.
