Advise on Coordination and control of all traffic and support documentation:
• Advise on Daily control and transport tracking;
• Advise on Inspection of vehicles and equipment;
• Advise and consult on Traffic control, issuance of goods receipt/dispatch notes;
• Advise on Coordination of materials and equipment traffic (service companies);
• Observe and advise on Timely distribution of leased equipment;
• Advise on Working with electronic messages/paper documentation for invoicing and execution of monthly order forms;
• Advise on Verification of contractor’s monthly invoice with the price list;
• Advise When necessary on endorsement of acts for issuance of invoices to contractors;
• Observe on Procedures of hazardous cargo verification for conformance;
• Advise and observe on Interaction with the harbor administration, customs and frontier services in Bautino.
Advise and Observe on Inspection and administrative control:
• Advise on Inspection of service providers’ and subcontractors’ vehicles;
• Advise on Inspection of subcontractors’ motor transport depots;
• Advise on Customs documentation on import and export control;
• Advise on Participation in the inspections of companies-partners (e.g. prelaunch inspection);
• Advise on Update and practical implementation of procedures (job safety analysis (JSA), risks assessment, plans of lifting works etc.).
Advise on Creation of automatic tracking control system:
• Advise on Creation and maintenance of the tracking system of appearing data;
• Observe and advise on Invoicing process control.
Advise on Function of Administrator of technical maintenance and auxiliary service contract:
• Advise on Current control of estimated contract values (ECV);
• Advise on Contracts and contractors management;
• Advise on Tracking of rented equipment (when necessary).
Advise on contractor inspection upon commissioning and work completion:
• Advise on Time out for safety (TOFS)/logging the well on paper (LWOP)/after action review (AAR)/hazard identification (HAZID) when necessary.
Advise on Execution of monthly reports on the key performance indicators:
• Observe and advise on Logistic support of other divisions and provision of documentation when necessary;
• Advise on Current control and reporting on break-time conformance;
• Advise on Assurance of conformance to the transportation standards;
• Advise and support when necessary on participation in the work of emergency response team;
Observe and advise on Execution, fulfillment and revision of the existing schedules, plans, procedures and work instructions, inspection data sheets in accordance with rules, standards and principles of the Group.
Relevant higher professional education, minimum 5 years of relevant experience; Good knowledge of computerized logistics systems. Ability to advise an international and national team at all levels. Logistics HSE management experience . Relevant training and certification in working in a marine base environment.
