Scope of work for Instrument Engineer tender as follows:
In order to achieve 2006 COMPANY work plan, a fully competent Control and Instrument Engineer with minimum 10 years oil and gas industry experience is required to provide expert support on various issues including :
- Control Upgrade of operator consoles at Unit 2 and KPC
- Capital improvement projects including control system upgrades and instrumentation system upgrades
- Modifications to metering systems for condensate and gas
- Segregation of Safety system networks at KPC
- Commissioning of Ultrasonic and multiphase flow metering systems etc.
The Engineer shall provide a weekly progress report detailing progress against tasks as directed by COMPANY DESIGNATED REPRESENTATIVE (Central maintenance Instrument Section
Head), highlighting any problems and proposing solutions and suggestion to assist the Central maintenance Instrument Section in completion of their activities.
Technical degree
Instrument Engineer
minimum 10 years oil and gas industry experience
The post will be on a 28/28 rotational basis for up to December 31st 2006 based on 12 hours shifts, 7 days a week.
