Job Purpose
- To coordinate and supervise a team of plant operators responsible for the safe and efficient operation of all field production facilities.

ROLE DEFINITION
Main responsibilities
- Ensuring the maximum efficiency and availability of all production equipment
- Ensuring safety operations and environment care

Key activities
- Monitoring and controlling production parameters in relation to all the processes of oil and gas production
- Coordinating production operators daily activities
- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly Production Reports
- Supervising chemicals stocks and injections and relevant results
- Providing operator input/feedback into maintenance programs and production planning activities

Field production co-ordinator

- Power plant supervisor
- Control Room supervisor
- Laboratory supervisor (offshore fields)

Education
- Technical diploma

- Managament skills basic courses

- Oil & Gas surface production facilities course (preferred)
- Offshore survival course (mandatory if job requires offshore work)

EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES
Required Experience
- 7 years of Oil & Gas Industry experience


- 5 years of production experience

- Production Operations: Plant Management, Plant Prod Optimization, Maintenance Management, Predictive Maintenance, Oper/Mant Advising
- Maintenance Operations: Mechanical Maintenance, Instrumentation Maintenance, Electrical Maintenance, Trouble shooting techniques knowledge
