Responsibilities:
Overseeing the engineering between the client software and the field devices provided by others
Setup of a lab in Italy to test the client software on the servers provided by others
Testing the integration and control of the field device systems
Interfacing between the different client software teams (Germany, Italy, USA and India)
Identify problems in the client software where it either does not yet provide the functionality as per the contract requirements or is an additional requirement
Document all software and hardware issues
Participate in the development of the testing procedures
Review of the client and vendor engineering documents
Requirements:
Minimum 8 + years of experience as a technical manager in projects
SQL knowledge
CCTV, Access Control – Emphasis on the software portion
Understand software integration
Knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as Windows Server, Microsoft C#, Sharepoint
Technical coordination (Physical Security vendors)
Physical Security
Good communication skills
