Our Client is a leading World Class Multinational Medical Device manufacturer.
We require 40 Process technicians to work in a state of the art, fully automated, high volume production environment
Responsibilities:
- Production output of a Class III Medical Device
- Equipment Maintenance (controls, sensors, pneumatics & electrics)
- Line efficiency (high volume production and fully automated manufacturing)
- Project work (relating to process improvement including cycle-time and yield development)
- Contribution to targets related to Safety, Quality, Compliance and Continuous Improvement.
Requirements:
These roles would suit candidates coming from backgrounds in:
- Machine automation
- Mechanical maintenance
- Injection moulding
- Electro-mechanical environments
The successful applicant should have experience of working within a team, have excellent communication skills and be able to work under their own initiative.
All candidates must be available to work a 24/7, 12 hour rotating shift system.
Trades/Cert required plus 2+ yrs experience preferably with PLCs and Pneumatics
All candidates must have excellent written and spoken English.
