RESPONSABILITATI

Position: Manufacturing Engineer
Reporting to: Process Engineering Manager
Responsibility:
Acting as the New Products Introduction Engineer;

This will involve:

- Process Design & Layout to maximise the efficient manufacturing of our
Products within an
Electronic Automotive Environment.
- Presenting the Process to the Customer in conjunction with Quality Dept.
- Monitoring of PPMs & Problem Solving to Root Cause.
- Analysing RFQs to estimate the Process Set-Up Costs and Labour content.
- Working directly with the Quality & Test Functions to ensure we meet Key
Customer Milestones.
Acting as the Process Owner for Manufacturing Equipment Introduced;
This will involve
- Development of Equipment Validation Programme.
- Completing Risk Assessments.
- Defining Maintenance Programme & Spare Parts Requirements/Control.
- Identifying Training requirements & implementation.
- Equipment Downtime Analysis & Corrective Action Implementation.


CERINTE

This role requires an individual with good broad Technical skills
- Possess strong analytical, statistical and problem solving skills.
- Possess excellent interpersonal, presentation (written and Oral) skills.
- Degree Qualified or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years relevant post graduate experience.
- Ability to implement projects as per agreed schedule utilising best practice
Engineering Techniques.
- Good understanding of customer requirements and the role and
responsibilities of other functions.
- Awareness of new/benchmark Processes/Technologies to ensure that the
plant is utilising the most effective approach available.

Salary 45.000 - 55.000 ¿/year
