JOB DETAILS: 5 stars luxury castle hotel, 98 rooms, Ireland – 32.000 Euro gross/year - the hotel won for several years the World's Best Luxury Country Hotel title, Wedding Venue of the Year , Castle Venue of the Year and Wedding coordinator of the year ; the hotel has also been recognized among the World's Best Castle Hotels.
REQUIREMENTS: Previous F&B managerial experience in a 4-5 star property is requested.
The candidate will be required to manage the events / weddings and any functions that can be on a daily basis. On non function days the candidate maybe required to assist with F&B managing duties. Strong English is essential.
