Job 20.890 – Food & Beverage Manager - luxury 5 stars hotel Ireland , 90 rooms, 1 fine dining restaurant, 2 restaurants for casual dining, lodge, lounge bar, conferences and ball rooms for private or corporate events ; 1 year contract; 35.000 euro/year ; accommodation provided .
REQUIREMENTS: a minimum of 15 years experience within a high standards and busy operation environment , preferable 5 stars hotels and multi outlets ; min of 2 years into a similar position, preferable into brand hotel ; very good English level is required; Excellent management , leadership, training and coaching skills are required, a passion to deliver outstanding standards of service and a high level of managing of resources and budgets .
