JOB DETAILS: chef de partie, 4 stars hotel, 220 rooms, 120 km from Dublin, Ireland ,
SALARY AND BENEFITS : 20.000 Euro gross/year ; accommodation provided; overtime paid
CONTRACT: permanent job, 40 hours/week, 28 days paid holiday
REQUIREMENTS: Busy 4 star hotel are looking for an experienced chef de partie to join the team. Required to cover all sections of the kitchen for restaurant and function service. Applicants will have previous quality experience of working with fresh produce and experience of an international menu.
Must have good hotel experience and speak good English. Must be well focused, well presented and able to work within a team environment.
