Position located in Dublin, Ireland.
As Business Operations Analyst, you will report to the Assistant Client Manager. The purpose of this role is to provide business analysis, have responsibility for analytical work, implementation and development of Change Requests and Projects for an extremely demanding client, as well as liaising with internal departments and external third parties that integrate into the BFS network.
Analysis of current business processes to find the most efficient and effective business rules and procedures for the client in question - find ' best practice' for client.
Preparation of detailed requests for information with clearly outlined deadlines and deliverables
Collect and collate data for various clients from multiple sources and present in a clear and easily interpretable format
Perform impact analysis work on planned operational changes and project initiatives for new and existing clients
Responsibility for deliverance of all reporting of project activities on time
Organisation of regular briefing and discussion of the projects results in order to ensure that the whole team has a clear and deep understanding of the projects results
Monitors activity on a daily basis and take appropriate action should delivery fall below expectation
Preparation of presentations and business analysis reports to existing and potential clients
Query handling and resolution in a professional and efficient manner

Ability to deliver to the client within a short turnaround time.
Ability to establish/creative solutions to meet Client requirements.
Project Management Skills desirable.
Ability to work on own initiative in a Team environment.
Ability to work in a high pressured environment
Experience in Managing deadlines, Co-Ordinating Activities, Escalating Risk.
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
Ability to gather, monitor and document data.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and accurate.
Capability to interact at any level within the organisation.
Candidate must be very Customer Focused
Dynamic individual, preferably currently working at Team Leader level or higher.
Fluency in English is essential.
At least 3 years experience on a similar position.
