Responsibilities:
- Modification of existing software to support various modification and installation projects ongoing e.g. line installation debug, cycle time reduction, code modification for electro-mechanical installation projects;
- Execution of control system validation studies in accordance with validation master plans, procedures and protocols;
- Develop and/or review validation policies and master plans;
- Develop and review IQ/OQ/PQ protocols, SOPs, technical reports and final reports.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified;
- 4 ¿ 5 years exp working with PLC, Batch systems and Scada systems;
- Experience working with PLC, Batch systems and Scada systems;
- Experience with mobile phones would be a distinct advantage, as would experience in a high volume manufacturing facility;
- Experience of process commissioning and control system validation in GMP environment.
