-Manages and coordinates the assignments of work to craft superintendents.
-Provides management, supervision and coordination of a self-performed and contract managed work.
-Executes field construction activities in accordance with the contract, project documents, cost estimates, schedules, safety standards and quality standards.
-Controls project schedule and cost through the efficient use of construction resources including manpower, materials, tools and equipment.
-Provides input for the development of project budgets and schedules.
-Ensures daily and weekly short-range planning is communicated and executed down to the foreman level.
-Reviews design scope and approach and provides constructibility input.
-Determines the optimal manpower levels to safely and efficiently execute the work to achieve schedule milestones.
-Monitors manpower levels and craft mixes to ensure conformance with the construction plan.
-Monitors craft productivity and cost and implements corrective action, as necessary, to maintain the budget and schedule.
-Ensure not out of scope work is started until an approved written change order is received. Implements site safety, security procedures, and work rules.
-Plays an active role in the development of SAMSUNG ENGINEERING’s safety culture and helps make safety a natural part of all work activities.
-Manages the contractual obligations and commitments of contractors.
-Executes the work in accordance with SAMSUNG ENGINEERING’s contractual quality obligations.
-Maintains effective and efficient use of construction equipment and control of permanent plant materials and equipment, small tools, consumables, and supplies.
- Minimum of 4 years experiences in EPC Plant industry (Oil & Gas, Refinery, Hydrocarbon, Offshore, etc..).
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred (Mechanical, Chemical, Electricity / Electronics, Civil, Architecture, etc..).
- Working condition / Salary / Benefit: Negotiable (According to Policy of SAMSUNG).
