BRAINS CONSULTING inform you about one of it’s current projects in Jordan.
For a new general hospital (under construction), we will recruit about 15 nurses for different Key Positions including:
• Department manager Nursing Administration (BSN, min 15 yrs exp of which 5 yrs a Head of Nursing)
• Area Head Nurses (10) – to cover all wards on all shifts (BSN, min 7 yrs exp in nursing )
• ICU (Intensive Care Unit )Chief Nurse (3) (BSN, min 7 yrs exp in nursing, mainly in ICU)
• OR Chief Nurse (2) (BSN, min 7 yrs exp in nursing, mainly in OR)
• Recovery Room Chief Nurse (2) (BSN, min 7 yrs exp in nursing, mainly in Recovery Room)
• Senior Nurse Executive Check up ( BSN, 5 years of nursing experience)
• Senior Nurse Endoscopy (BSN, 5 years of nursing experience)
For all these positions we need western trained BSN nurses who build up their experience and knowledge in a professional environment (university or equivalent hospitals) and are familiar with quality assurance, high level of service, and western standard operating procedures.. The position is open for all Eu 27 candidates, meeting these requirements.. So also Romanian nurses who have received further training in UK or Western Europan countries could be taken in consideration…
Salaries are depending on experience, background and profile, but the following numbers have to be taken into account:
1- Sr. Nurse: from 1800 JD’s to 2500 JD (1922 € tot 2660 €)
2- Area Head Nurse: from 2400 to 3600 JD (2500 € tot 3380 €)
3- Nurse Manager/Matron: from 3200 JD to 4700 JD (3400 € tot 5000 €)
These salaries are net, except for the fact that expats pay 6.5% for social security that are totally refundable once he/she leaves the country after ending the work contract.
