Developing, maintaining and analyzing all product cost records to ensure accurate cost and absorption;
Running and developing cost accounting system;
Running the budget process for Romania and responsible markets;
Analyzing and communicating opportunities for manufacturing cost and process improvement;
Setting-up and monitoring operational KPIs;
Managing and performing month end closing functions.
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field with a minimum of 3 years experience or a comparable education with a minimum of 5 years experience in controlling in manufacturing or distribution operations;
Very good written and oral English, German is welcome;
Strong systems (SAP) and PC (Excel, Access, Power Point) skills;
Knowledge of cost accounting systems / processes and financial analysis;
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting deadlines with accurate and detailed results;
Strong analytical and reasoning ability with attention to detail;
Willing to travel (for training purposes, meetings, conferences).
Company provides solid training abroad upon start in your new job (6 months training).
