Our client is a multiational company - producer and distributor of construction materials.
As you will be the only one representing the HR Department, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement HR procedures and to act independelty. Moreover, in this role, you will act as a consultant in HR matters, especially in administration part.
You will:
- Be in charge with the payroll activities for all the company's employees
- Calculate salaries and other rewards and benefits
- Maintaing the business relations with the autorities: ITM, AJOFM, CNPAS and other HR partners: recruitment agencies, PSI, training
- Administrate the hiring and liquidation process for the employees
- Act as a HR consultant for the management in labor issues
In order to eficiently manage the responsibilities, the suitable candidate sould:
- Have a University degree
- HR Certificate
- Fluent in English
- Computer literate: Office, Internet, HR Specialized Soft
- Have relevant experience in calculating salaries, bonuses
- Good knowledge of legal aspects of HR - hiring contracts, liquidations, disciplinary activities, sick leave/ maternity leave, work permits procedures
- Very organised
- Able to work with minimum supervision
