We are now hiring several GERMAN& ENGLISH speakers for a newly ramped project in our offices in Bucharest


Your main tasks will be to

Provide first level Support to Client
Perform initial level of problem identification and attempts resolution
Ensure that correct resolutions are found and involves appropriate areas in resolving problems when needed
Develop and maintains product knowledge, business and professional skills by participating in on-the-job and other training courses
Actively participates in preventive maintenance, by documenting common problems and scripts for customer support in the service desk knowledge base

Flexible for shift working. Shift pattern in place covering 7:00am to 8:00pm Monday-Friday and on call at weekend.
