RESPONSABILITATI

Purpose of the position:

The development, deployment and processing of the processes and methodologies to control and assure the quality of the output of several key processes of the WFM department.

Main responsibilities:

- Quality control on output and process during the forecast, capacity and scheduling process and report feedback and results to stakeholders
- Design of quality control processes
- Development, improvement and implementation of (new) processes, procedures, and adjustments to the quality control WOW.
- Provide feedback and signals about Quality issues to the WFM Management and process / output owners.
- Report about outcome of the quality control process and take actively part during improvement projects
- Actively participate in and enable Best Practice Sharing
- Is available for questions, members of the WFM Department have, regarding the quality control process and the given feedback
- Performs all other duties as assigned


CERINTE

- Higher Vocational / Bachelor, preferably process/improvement/quality management, economics, logistics or mathematics
- Minimal 1-2 years of experience on WFM and/or related
- Punctual and accurate work methods
- Knowledge of process and/or quality management is a must
- Initiative
- Problem analysis & orientation
- Communication of complex material in different ways
- Analytical and Mathematical skills
- Advanced Written and verbal communication skills (included English)
