The most important responsibilities of this position are to create and execute test plans, cases and scripts related to the software products developed at BssOne . Candidate will consult with business owners and other team members to ensure applications are developed according to specifications. Candidate may also lead and direct the work of others. Other responsibilities include: providing second level support for the software applications delivered to our internal and external customers. This position will communicate effectively and work in project teams utilizing a variety of tools deployed at BSSONE.
1– 2 years of testing in an eCommerce environment
Experience Testing ASP.Net web sites
Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
Experience Testing command line and data manipulation applications
Advanced courses in software QA, software testing, and software reliability are preferred.
Right candidate for this position will have 1-2 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing with some proficiency in C#, SQL and automated testing tools, especially Microsoft Visual Studio.
Candidate should also have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively and will have strong people and project management skills with effective oral and written communications skills.
A strong sense of process, detail and follow through are essential for this position.
Candidate must be able to build a comprehensive understanding and testing strategy based on a variety of engineering documents, product characterizations and test results.
