Cerinte specifice:

a) Front-end developer:

- Foarte bune cunostinte de HTML(5), CSS(3) si JavaScript (jQuery)
- Foarte bune cunostinte de PSD to HTML/CSS
- Responsive design (ex: Bootstrap, Foundation, etc)
- Cunostinte de baza pentru WordPress si/sau Drupal si/sau Symphony si/sau PrestaShop si/sau Magento
- Experienta in lucrul cu Git

b) Back-end developer:

- Foarte bune cunostinte de PHP4/5 si OOP;
- Cunostinte baze de date (MySql)
- Cunostinte avansate in WordPress si/sau Drupal si/sau Symphony si/sau PrestaShop si/sau Magento
- Experienta in lucrul cu Git

c) SEO:

- Knowledge of Google Analytics & Webmaster Tools
- Analysis of performance in Google Analytics
- Hands-on optimization; improving site and internal linking architecture, page construction, meta-data, content, and SEO copywriting
- Keyword analysis, research and development.
- Duplicate content studies
- Optional social media marketing, social networking, social bookmarking, etc
