Inside Pentalog, the agency from Iasi has constantly maintained a positive direction of development. With around 90 specialists and consultants, we continue to grow and we can proudly confirm newly signed projects for 2011. Therefore, we will respond with promptitude and professionalism to interesting challenges from our clients – international key-players from different areas of activity: eCommerce, Internet & communication services, pharmaceutics, energetics, etc.
More concretely, for our Swiss partner – well-known scents producer, we are expanding the dedicated team and we are selecting 5 new specialists. For the role of Web Application UI Designer, we invite you to join us if you are a passionate, highly prepared person with a good capacity to capture an overview image of the entire development process.
Your responsibilities:
- Design and specify user interactions for new product applications;
- Communicate designs through static screens, mockups and interactive prototypes;
- Work with usability engineers (including from the client side) to translate findings from user research and validate your design;
- Propose, explain and promote new interface guidelines and design patterns;
- Drive product designs from visual design to implementation;
- Stay informed of advances in interactive techniques, technologies and methods, and adapting to rapidly evolving industry space.
- A technical background in Computer Science with skills in software prototyping is highly desirable;
- Web development skills and experience (existing portfolio of previous works that can be shown upon request);
- Minimum 3 years of experience in creating and developing web UI;
- Ability to deliver interaction designs directly in HTML and CSS;
- Control of prototyping and development tools: AXURA, Visio, Dreamweaver, GWT, Flex, Silverlight;
- Advanced understanding of and experience with user-centered interaction design principles and UI ergonomics;
- Strong ability to look at problems from user, designer and developer point of view;
- Excellent English writing skills and clear verbal communicator;
- Ability to meet deadlines, proactivity;
- Team player attitude and attention to details;
- Mobility (possibility to travel for 3-4 weeks periods at client site).

Brasov, Iasi), Republica Moldova (Chisinau), Franta (Orleans, Bordeaux, Paris) si Germania (Frankfurt). 80% din cifra de afaceri a agentiei din Bucuresti este realizata pentru mari clienti locali, pentru care suntem implicati in proiecte de anvergura.
Grupul Pentalog a realizat in 2007 o crestere interna de 67% si o cifra de afaceri de 5,5M?. La inceputul anului 2008, echipa Pentalog numara deja 200 de persoane.
Datorita acestor indicatori pozitivi, preconizam pentru 2008 crearea a numeroase noi posturi in toate agentiile noastre din Romania si Republica Moldova, o crestere de 40% din efectivul actual.
