* Provide the HIGHEST LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE;
* Function as primary customer contact for all incoming assigned customer cases, meeting Eye Partner's contractual, and technical problem resolution goals;
* Ensure that every customer contact is handled with a consummately professional attitude and the highest possible level of follow through;
* Research, respond to, and accurately resolve customer cases ranging from moderate to high complexity in a timely manner, in accord with current standards;
* Acquire and maintain current knowledge of relevant product offerings and support policies in order to provide technically accurate solutions to customers and record these resolutions for general use;
* Focus on primary support area where depth of knowledge will be specialized, concurrently developing a breadth of knowledge in all other areas within the functional product line;
* Contribute to an environment that encourages positive interaction with customers and team members, information sharing, team-based resolution activity, cross training and an absolute focus on resolving customer cases as quickly and effectively as possible;
* Interact with other internal organizations including Development and Sales.
* B.A./B.S. in a technical field or equivalent experience
* Aptitude for customer focus
* Complex problem solving skills
* Prior experience in providing technical customer support is a plus
* Self-motivated individual who is able to handle responsibility and multiple tasks in same time
* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
* Good knowledge of Windows and internet business
* Willingness and ability to work independently, and as part of a global team;
