Responsibilities and Activities
Write accurate reference materials about products APIs, like help system, user guides, design specifications
Write concise tasks, procedures, and tutorials describing how to use software products
Write sample code to illustrate features
Use applications and read their code to document
Fix defects and supply enhancements to the documentation on an ongoing basis
Use some or all of the following tools as part of the work
XML editor (Oxygen, others)
HTML editor (Dreamweaver, others)
Source control (Subversion)
Defect tracker (Bugzilla, Jira)

Graduate degree in Computer Science or Mathematics or equivalent analytical experience
Is able to write and communicate clear, concise, correct, technical English
Can read and understand programming languages and frameworks such as Delphi and C++,
Good OOP fundamentals understanding,
Has a passion for showing people how things work
Enjoys investigating and asking questions
Attracted by programming and technology and have strong analytic skills
Experience in writing technical documentation is a plus
Application development experience in Delphi or C++ is a plus
