Responsibilities and Activities
??? Write accurate user help including tasks, concepts, procedures, and tutorials describing how to use software products
??? Product short screencast video demos of important features and functionality
??? Fix defects and supply enhancements to the documentation on an ongoing basis
??? Use the following tools:
- FrameMaker
- Mif2Go
- Acrobat Pro
- Captivate
- Robohelp
- Perforce
- Jira
Skills and Experience Required
??? University degree in Computer Science, Human Factors, or Technical Communications
??? Is able to write and communicate clear, concise, correct, technical English according to the Microsoft Manual of Style
??? Experience using FrameMaker is a plus
??? Experience using a screen capture and bitmap editing tool (such as Captivate) is a plus
??? Familiarity with Robohelp or similar Help authoring tool (Madcap Flare, Mif2Go, HTML Help Compiler) is considered a plus
??? The future colleague should have passion for showing people how things work
??? Enjoys investigating and asking questions
