RESPONSABILITATI

On behalf of our client, a rapidly growing FORTUNE 500 company with operations all over the world we are looking for strong IT professionals for the new R&D CENTER IN IASI.

As Team Leader you will be responsible for:

lead quality assurance efforts by researching, conceptualizing and designing new product features and functionality;
design and develop test strategies and test plans for enterprise class applications using Java/J2EE, XML and other database related technologies;
provide mentoring to junior engineers and serve as a subject-matter-expert.
offer meaningful and strategic contributions to future technologies, enhancements and next generation product lines.


CERINTE

The successful candidate should have the following attributes:

Bachelors or Masters Degree in Engineering;
at least 5 years hands-on experience in testing and debugging J2EE (including Core Java, JSP/Servlet, JDBC, Struts, Spring, iBatis/Hibernate, WebServices, Design Patterns, XML technologies, UML) applications and servers, with an overall experience of 7-8 years;
must have experience in leading a team of experienced J2EE QA engineers;
familiar with test automation tools;
excellent team orientation skills and strong communication skills;
highly motivated.
