We are building a new team in our office in Iasi, a team focused on developing new products in the data security industry.
You could be the one leading this team and taking over the responsibility of the products to be delivered. That is if you are a self-motivated and experienced project manager, with a solid background in programming C/C++ in Windows, with good leadership skills, willing to get things done, communicative and flexible.
You ll be expected to manage (plan, track, control and deliver) multiple projects simultaneously, to keep in synch with multiple development teams, to manage a mixed team of developers and testers. You ll be facing technical challenges everyday; you ll be expected to get involved in generating ideas about the product features and most of all to think outside the box. At the end of the day you'll know that you have contributed to something great!
- solid technical background. At least 2 years in C/C++ development;
- experience as project manager. At least 2 years in coordinating teams and projects;
- self motivated and enthusiast person;
- leadership skills.
