Responsabilitati
On behalf of our client, a rapidly growing FORTUNE 500 company with operations all over the world we are looking for strong IT professionals for the new R&D CENTER IN IASI.
You will:
be responsible for ownership of entire product development and release in line with business strategy;
build and maintain high performance engineering teams;
drive initiatives to reach SLAs;
motivate teams to deliver quality and in time products;
monitor product development activities;
manage resources and budgets on projects;
create an environment which promotes development and constant improvement
Cerinte
The successful candidate should have the following attributes:
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Engineering;
at least 7 years of experience in managing technology functions, with an overall 14 years of relevant experience
strong technical skills in data structures, algorithms, system design, coding best practices, build-release procedures;
experience with Agile software development process;
strategic thinker;
strong motivator/team builder;
customer oriented;
committed to organizational development.
