RESPONSABILITATI

Responsibilities :
* Provide clients support and technical solutions (via mail, instant messaging, phone or conferencing)
* Report development status to our clients
* Report issues to the development teams
* Report or dispatch tasks on complex issues
* Continuously having a general understanding of the XWiki product and the client environments
* Write technical documentation regarding common issues and procedures, both in English and in French


CERINTE

Requirements / Expected skills :
* You have basic programming skills and basic database knowledge
* You're familiar with web technologies (HTML, XML, Javascript, CSS, HTTP)
* You're aware of web server configuration (Apache Web server, Servlet containers)
* You know or can learn how to use JIRA (or a similar bug-tracking tool)
* You're aware of the software development cycle (requirements, specs, design, testing, deployment, maintenance, etc.)
* You're self motivated and eager to learn fast about pretty much anything we throw at you
* You're fluent both in English and French and can write short and detailed descriptions of how our features work

The XWiki project offers both a generic platform for developing collaborative applications using the wiki paradigm and products developed on top of it. All XWiki software is developed in Java and under the LGPL open source license.
