- Dezvolta si imbunatateste permanent procesul de recrutare si selectie;
- Trimite rapoarte specifice in termenele limita stabilite;
- Actualizeaza si monitorizeaza in permanenta planul de recrutare;
- Actualizeaza baza de date cu CV-uri;
- Absolvent Studii Superioare ;
- Limba engleza - nivel mediu ;
- Cunostinte operare PC;
- 2 - 3 ani experienta in domeniul recrutarii si a selectiei de personal

Delphi plans opening a new diesel plant in Romania, specialized on injection pumps and injectors, in Iasi, in the north-east of the country, which is expected to employ over 1,000 workers. Delphi is a key player in the global diesel market and the new facility located in Iasi will support Delphi\'s growing customer base and incremental business in Central and Eastern Europe.
