The core activity is undertaking system testing including test design, test execution and creation.
Her/his duties will include:
- Take part in our Quality Assurance Process according to ISO9001
- Review and analyze documentation/specifications and understand the business requirements
- Create detailed and accurate Test Cases and Test Scenarios based on functional and non functional specifications
- Create test environments based on database and system configurations
- Perform system tests, regression tests, performance tests, report bugs and verify fixes
- Provide testing supporting documentation
The ideal candidate will be expected to possess the following:
- University Degree (preferable in Computer Science or Information Technology)
- Good knowledge of software life cycle
- Active experience in functional testing
- UML knowledge
- Familiarity with testing tools (e.g. Visual Studio, TFS, Silk)
- Very good written and spoken English
- Team player who is willing to take initiative and responsibility
- Good Team spirit and able to work in an international and multi-cultural environment
- Assist developer in re-creating defects records
- Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
An important advantage can be:
- Experience in client/server testing and computer communications protocols
- Experience with systematic software engineering methodologies for software development
- Experience in test automation – preferably Test Complete and Selenium- Affinity with SQL queries and scripting languages
