The role
We are looking for a Software Tester to join our team. The candidate will be a self-starter, driven, independent thinker with commitment to quality and continuous improvement and results oriented.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Defines test requirements for smaller projects and incorporate them into a test plan
Is involved in early stages of the development process and ensures quality criteria requested by the client are met
Creates minimal test documentation according to agreed test plan
Creates test scripts and supporting test data
Executes and records test results
Raise defects and ensures blocking, critical and major issues won't be released in production
Analyses and reports test results to Project Manager and provide constant feedback related to product quality
Identifies and reports Issues and Risks
Understands the fundamental testing process and is able to define specific test plans
Client facing skills
Good English speaking & writing skills
Communicative
Manual Testing (both Black-Box and Grey-Box)
Automation Testing knowledge is a plus
ISTQB Foundation is a plus
Web Services / API / REST knowledge is a plus
