As a SW Support Engineer your responsibilities will be:
to perform SW support tasks for Configuration and Change Management tools, required by projects and departments, worldwide
to perform administration tasks for tools, in order to ensure smooth running of multi-user environment
to assure Configuration and Change Management process support and optimization
to maintain and customize the tools, used by Software Engineers
We offer support for more than 400 Engineers spread in 8 different locations worldwide. You will work in close interaction with them, sharing your knowledge and customizing our tools.
We are a young and dynamic team with one simple target: provide the best support/solutions for our engineers.
After an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization, a mentor will support you to take over own responsibility.
University degree in a relevant field (i.e. Electronics, Computer science...)
Unix operating system – medium level
Knowledge of C programming language (preferably in an embedded environment) – medium level
Knowledge of scripting language – medium level
Knowledge of programming tools such as Visual Studio – medium level
Good communication and team skills
Good writing, reading and speaking English skills
Availability for Business Trip
Teaching experience (including highschool) is a strong plus
Previous experience in working with tools is a plus
