Introduction of people management and development processes within the location;
Ongoing supervision and optimization of all key support processes including recruitment, office administration, facility management and IT;
Management & optimization of location financial control processes (P&L);
Support of business development process within the location;
Close cooperation with senior management, HR & Operations;
Operations management within the entrusted accounts;
People management of support staff and project managers;
Responsible for cross-location cooperation;
Instilling centralized practices (salary guidelines, mobility, staff risk management, etc.).
At least 3 years of relevant experience in an international company;
Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, with the ability and confidence to operate at senior levels with company stakeholders;
Ability to work independently and strategically as well as having strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
Leadership and team management skills and experience;
Understanding/expertise of any of the following areas is considered an advantage - Finance and Accounting, Customer Service, Human Resources, Procurement & IT services functions;
Experience in business development, B2B relationship & sales, customer relationship management will also be a significant advantage;
Excellent knowledge of English (verbal and written) is required; other languages are considered a plus;
University degree;
Process improvement experience is considered an asset.
