We need a Site Manager of ODC Iasi who will have the organizational and personal qualities needed in order of ensure a smooth current day-to-day operation of ODC Iasi and manage the recruitment effort involved by such aggressive growth.
He/she will be getting instructions from Centric Romania General Manager and from Centric Romania Director from the Netherlands. He/she will be also interacting on a day-to-day basis with the team leaders, team coordinators and developers, the recruitment agencies, the suppliers and subcontractors in order to implement the objectives set by the management. He/she will keep track of the servers and desktops, other fixed assets (including a car) and small IT equipment used locally as well as software licenses used on site. He/she will be in contact with the local system administrator in order to ensure that ODC IT infrastructure is working properly and all company security policies are properly implemented and enforced. Supervise site cleaning and procurement of different supplies needed on site falls also within his/her responsibilities. In this capacity he/she will manage a monthly budget and provide reporting to upper management. Miscellaneous tasks: mailing, arrange travelling for foreign visitors.
Our new Iasi Site Manager will need to have the following skills:
- General knowledge of software development process
- General understanding of the main platforms used: .NET, Oracle, ASP
- Fair understanding of IT infrastructure principles and problems
- Previous experience with planning and coordination
- Ability to coordinate the recruitment process, organize own recruitment process and interviews, keep in touch with recruitment agencies and provide regular reporting to management regarding recruitment status
- Excellent communication skills in both Romanian and English: speaking, writing and reading
- Excellent time management abilities
- Commitment and determination to achieve the objectives, performance criteria and guidelines set by management
- Thinking out of the box and pro-activity is a must
- Reliability and honesty are an absolute must
- Have a University degree in Economics and/or Engineering.
