Job summary
You will spend most of your time coordinating, managing and leading client teams, acting as operational contact for clients, providing in a timely manner professional services for daily operations and regular maintenance activities. You will be responsible for the overall direction, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
Ideally your qualifications and skills should include:
• University degree in Computer Science/Engineering
• 3+ years’ experience in software development field on activities related to project management, service support and delivery across multiple platforms and clients
• Understanding of software development life-cycle and standard processes, of infrastructure technologies and their impact on service delivery
• Knowledge of English on C1-C2 level (Common European Framework) or higher, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good planning, organizing and time management skills
• Well-developed ability to understand client’s requirements and needs; ability to understand business value of service requests and prioritize based on this
• Proactive, result driven, creative and open person with strong client and team orientation
• Good leadership skills
Duties and responsibilities include:
• Lead the project/maintenance teams to ensure positive outcomes
• Create and execute project plans, monitoring project progress and taking preventive and corrective measures
• Perform daily operation of handling incidents, problems, changes and service requests
• Maintain an updated overview on risks, budget, time, quality and scope status for assigned activities and share this information with managers, Client and team in a clear and effective way
• Proactively communicate internally and externally to inform key business users and management of activities that have implications to the effectiveness of running the business
• Facilitate improving the team efficiency by actively collaborating with other team members
• Effectively motivate and inspire the team
