RESPONSABILITATI

The position holder will own and manage all work processes, being responsible for their conformity with ISO 9k, 20k and 27k quality standards, also constantly keeping them up to date and search for any improvement opportunities.


CERINTE

Ideal candidate will have:
ITIL awareness (certification is a plus);
Proven management skills, ability to motivate people to improve their customer service levels;
Good understanding of Incident/Problem/Change/Asset&Configuration Management Processes;
Project/Service/Quality management awareness;
Familiar with Iterative Service Improvement Initiative / management framework (LEAN, SixSigma, Agile Development);
Previous experience in managed services;
Understanding of Desktop Support environment, concepts and governance;
Familiar with WS Operating Systems and common tools, networking concepts;
English and French language skills: fluent and coherent speaker in both languages.

ISO 9k, 20k, 27k implementer/auditor is a plus;
Any certification on Client Operating System Configuration/Troubleshoot is a plus.
