RESPONSABILITATI

Responsable for performing the Medical Appliance Service Activities assigned to him, wich are coordinated via the Uptime Service Center, in an adequate and apropiate manner
Reports to the Service Manager for administrative matters and to the USC Managers regarding technical issues
Performing installations, start-ups, maintenance, repairs and updates of all products within his area of expertise and assisting with other products under supervision;
Maintaining customer satisfaction in particular within the framework of Customer Services;
Communicating with the Uptime Service Center, CS co-workers, sales and other partners in his region;
Collaboration with the UPS and adhering to CS processes
Ensuring that service escalation procedures are complied with and that all customers requests, complaints and comments communicated are forwarded to the corresponding department for action;
Ensuring efficient use of resources;
Ensuring that all tools and test equipment issued are properly maintained and calibrated and that all company assets issued are kept safe and secure at all times.
Maintaining and Updating all forms of technical documentation;
Maintaining Personal PC Literacy
Ensuring that all tasks are carried out to the highest possible standards of quality and customer satisfaction while observing national and local regulations and safety standards, as well as regional and MED CS Guidelines;
All responsibilities and jobs must be performed as cost-effectively as possible, taking profitability into account.


CERINTE

Studies - Electronics / Automatization Engineer
Fluent in English; German is an advantage
Relevant experience is an advantage
