RESPONSABILITATI

- Develop working relations and collaborate with local SDL /Operations leads in managing internal and external resources
- Manage the project budget and financial related KPIs
- Determine and assure quality and SLAs agreed
- Understand and define key drivers of client satisfaction and collaborate with Delivery leads on ensuring this through project delivery
- Effectively manage client expectations
- Develop senior client relationships in order to influence services sales opportunities
- Responsible for determining data collection requirements and creating concrete analysis from ambiguous requests, based on customer needs
- Responsible for driving succinct analysis from multiple data loads
- Responsible for supervising teams of 15+ people
- Career counsel and coach for dedicated resources
- Conduct the 3 locations operations at a leadership level
- Run the operational meetings with SDLs to check project overall status covering also the people news/issues/plans, etc.
- Communicate company decisions in line with the official statement of Accenture
o create positive working atmosphere and trustworthy relationships
o check whether the time estimates, work plans and schedules are realistic
o provide regular and constructive feedback
- Develop strategic relationships developing an advisor relationship
- Support new sales efforts by participating specific meetings


CERINTE

+ 7 years of BPO/SSC environment in a managerial role
+ 2 years of leading procurement operations
University degree
English – advanced level
Strong leadership skills
Excellent results in people and client management
