RESPONSABILITATI

The Service Delivery Coordinator SCC is responsible for coordinating the steady state service delivery to multiple client accounts promoting the continuous improvement of productivity, service quality and customer satisfaction. Specific SCC responsibilities includes: equipment ordering through the on line tools as directed by Service Delivery Managers (SDM); organizing deliveries to customer sites with LSP’s, arranging moves and re-sites for the customer, keeping a full audit trail of the orders placed, moves carried out and ensuring that the correct authorizations are received. Liaison with the analyst, engineering and customer education areas of the business will also be required.

The Service Delivery Coordinator is focused on:
• Delivering service that meets SLA and delights the customer
• Developing strong internal and external relationships
• Achieving productivity improvements and cost control
• Assisting the Service Delivery Manager in the transforming and growing the business
