The future Senior Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for:
¿ Write test scripts and test cases to meet assigned requirements
¿ Write detailed defects catalog into defect tracking system
¿ Communicate with developers, product managers, usability engineers and technical support specialists on product issues
¿ Work with Customer Support group to help perform root cause analysis of issues found in the wild
¿ Work with development team to ensure that the product is fully tested
¿ Work with Documentation to see that all enhancements, bug fixes, and new products are documented
¿ Identify and propose areas of improvement throughout the software development process
¿ Provide technical assistance & training to other departments
Technical Skills
Experience:
3+ years proven work experience in software quality assurance engineering
3+ years proven work experience in testing .NET Web / Win Applications
4+ years proven work experience for enterprise software applications
4+ years proven work experience with Windows XP/2003
4+ years proven work experience SQL Server & Databases
3+ years proven work experience with Defect Tracking Tools (Bugzilla, Mantis)
3+ years proven work experience with Automated Testing
3+ years proven work experience in writing test scripts
Experience in Agile development working environment
Experience in Security industry over Web is a plus
