POSITION PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF WORK:
Play as a role of Team Lead, Mentor, Subject Matter Expert;
Responsible for ongoing support, SLA's, and enhancement of applications;
Maintains business functions and combines that Develops use cases, test plans, test scripts and test cases;
Executes test plans and test scripts, cases to ensure system changes are aligned with business requirements;
Lead small and medium scale projects SME area;
Through a wide range of business knowledge is able to serve as a key resource to coordinate and resolve SAP issues, by thoroughly understanding the integration associated with R/3 functionality.
Personal Qualities:
3-5 Years of experience in SAP Finance;
Special Purpose Ledger (SPL) Experience required;
A/P Banking Finance Experience required;
Experience leading team of 5-7 people;
Experience supporting customer Remotely;
1-2 full life cycle SAP implementation;
Ability to handle tickets efficiently;
Ability to work on tickets;
Excellent English language skills;
Good Communication and follow up skills required.
