What you should do:
- Provides support for CRM software applications (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce)
- Offers consultancy to the client and handles user’s inquiries/ questions regarding the functionalities of the application
- Uses application internal tools to correct system errors
- Implements new CRM functionalities: writing functional or technical specification, system customizing, integrated tests, validation, GoLive, post GoLive support
- Elaborates end-user manuals and prepares training sessions regarding the application
- Communicates and collaborates with project team on: project status, open issues, process improvements.
- University degree in Economics or Technical field
- Excellent command of German language – eliminatory criteria
- Good knowledge of English
- Experience in CRM applications: SAP CRM, Oracle CRM, Salesforce
- Relational databases knowledge (SQL etc)
- Knowledge of Java programming – considered an advantage
- Availability for working in shifts
- Analytical thinking, positive attitude
- Very good organizational, project management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, team-worker
