RESPONSABILITATI

• Taking part in the creation and execution of sales plans in traditional market;
• Searching for new potential points of sales and finalizing the implementation of the products;
• Presenting, promoting and selling the products according to the standards and commercial policy of the company;
• Maintaining and developing business relations with existing customers and identifying new potential customers;
• Training and supporting the distributor sales force in the designated area;
• Informing immediately the management of the company about any issues or problems which occur in the designated area;
• Providing input to marketing as related to specific marketing activities in the markets where he has responsibility;
• Ensuring the proper merchandising implementation to customers;
• Traveling intensively through the assigned territory, calling in prospective customers regularly and soliciting new orders to increase the sales;
• Responsible for optimal territorial coverage using effective travel plans, routes and appropriate tools;
• Providing all necessary reports in an accurate and timely manner;
• Implementing the trade policy by raising and strengthening existing relationships with traditional market customers;
• Market analysis: customer needs and competitors' actions;
• Implementing the product policy, promotion and sales actions;
• Preparing the sales proposals and conducting trade negotiations.


CERINTE

• Experience on a similar position for at least 3 years;
• Good knowledge of the hand and power tools market;
• Experience in working with DIY chains will be an advantage;
• A team player with excellent communication skills at all levels of personnel and management;
• Market and sales awareness;
• Initiative to think above and beyond the basic requirements;
• Negotiation skills;
• Good oral and written communication skills in English.
