RESPONSABILITATI

• Provide overall sales reporting support to the sales organization
• Assistance to the Sales Personnel with administrative, analytical and operational tasks
• Collaborate with the sales organization to define KPIs & automate reporting
• Salesforce.com data entry, management and reporting,
• Managing Salesforce.com - Forecast, Pipeline and general Account information
• Perform data analysis to determine root cause of data issues
• Reconciliation of Weekly/ Monthly and Quarterly bookings Reports.
• Generating Sales related dashboards and metrics including quota achievement, win rate, etc…
• Collects and analyzes data on prospective and established customers
• Collects and evaluates sales data to measure the attainment of sales objectives
• All other duties as assigned


CERINTE

• We are looking for someone who has good administrative skills and the ability to multi task and collate data in a timely and efficient manner
• Strong English skills are a must
• You will need to have experience supporting a team of people preferably within a sales environment
• Strong MS – office skills / experience with excel, pivot tables and producing figures
• Customer Management and Selling Essentials
• A self-starter, able to manage multiple tasks at once and the ability to work with minimal direction
• Ability to prioritize and manage workload
• Flexible to working extended working hours per business requirements
