Adecco recruits for its client, a leading provider of labelling systems and labelling technology a Sales Manager-Romania.
The main tasks of the Sales Manager include but are not limited to:
To identify continuously the new business opportunities for the company, new customers, etc
To prepare annual sales budgets under direct supervision of Managing Director
To set sales targets for every Sales area, to monitor and act in order to achieve these targets
To establish and maintain a high level of professional sales skills within the organization
To establish and retain a highly professional and motivated sales team
To monitor permanently the activity of sales people, through but not limited to a weekly planning and reporting system
To review and sign the sales contracts within his Limitations and Competencies limits
To monitor weekly the account receivable, and to report weekly to the Managing Director
To monitor monthly the costs incurred by sales people, and to report monthly to the Managing Director
To regularly visit the key customers and to be responsible himself for 2-3 key customers
Prepare the offers to be sent to the key customers that he is managing, within his Limitations and Competencies limits
To prepare and guide the sales meeting with the sales force
To monitor competitor s behaviour in the market and to make regular reports to Managing Director
To report to the Managing Director about the ordinary course of sales
To evaluate continuously the need for corrective/ preventive/ improvement actions and to propose those actions to Managing Director.
Requirements
Professional competence
University Bachelor, Economics science or Engineering
Experience in Sales and preferably also in marketing
Experience in leading a group of 5-10 people
Good knowledge of the Romanian market and culture
Good level of English skills, German skills would be an asset
Printing or packaging industry background a benefit
Social competence
A high degree of motivation and leadership capabilities
Excellent communication skills
Sociability, open attitude toward interaction with unknown people
