1. Participate in the launch of a green field site and the industrialization processes,
2. Implement new processes, new products, being member of project team,
3. Implement modifications on processes to improve efficiency and quality performances plus flow management improvement and ergonomic workstations,
4. Prepare specifications for machines, supervise new machines start-up, responsible for Value Streams’ organization in compliance with health and safety as well as quality rules
5. Implement Plant industrial plan / prepare the engineering investments,
6. Cooperate with process engineers in Value Streams to organize production process in order to meet quality and efficiency requirements,
7. Train operators concerning all production, maintenance, quality aspects,
8. Transfers projects engineering support (transfers from other Delphi Powertrain plants).
• You are a Engineering University graduate, with min. 3 years experience on a similar position in the automotive field and fluent knowledge of English
• You have the ability to deliver agreed objectives in a specified time, detaining proficient knowledge of Windows and related software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.) and Lotus Notes
• You have a analytic mind, organized, communicative person capable to reach success and strong interpersonal skills
• You have a driving license cat. B
