- Monitor performance of the Operations Department both through the pre-defined score-card and ad-hoc reports. Report to management any negative variances vs targets and suggest possible causes and solutions
- Develop and improve the management information system at department and company level
- Contribute to the development and monitoring of champion / challenger debt collection strategies
- Assist team leaders and management with some IT requirements (non-hardware). E.g. ad-hoc reports and analysis.
- Min. 12 months of work experience in similar positions
- University degree with good technical knowledge and business understanding (graduate of Mathematics / Statistics / Cybernetics)
- Experience in the banking sector (or other financial institutions) is a plus
- Excellent computer skills (MS Word, , Excel, PowerPoint); MS Access and SQL knowledge would be an advantage
- Experience in working with application and behavior scorecards rating models is a plus
- Very good communication skills with both technical and non-technical people.
- Ability to work in a dynamic team with stretch deadlines.
- Results oriented and focused on meeting deliverable timelines.
- Organized and detail oriented person.
- Problem solving skills, analytical mind and positive attitude.
- Fluency in English is a must.
